I draw comics, write comics, and paint, both traditionally and digitally.
I've worked for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Oni, Disney & Image. I've published four graphic novels, one of them with Gail Simone, who is super famous.
I've won a couple awards. Not bad for a 25-year career.
I am the cartoonist of the Impossible.

This was a mini comic written by Gail Simone and drawn by me in 2004 to promote GirlAMatic.com. At the time, GAM, had creators like Svetlana Chmakova, Vera Brosgol, and Shaenon Garrity. It was to be given away at ComicCon in San Diego, but that didn’t happen.

The women on page 3 are: Jenn Manley Lee, Spike, and Dylan Meconis, original contributors to GirlAMatic. They do not think any of the things they’re saying! 

Here’s a question: how much have the attitudes about female creators and female-friendly comics changed or not changed?
